David R. de Lalla

David de Lalla offers lessons learned from 25+ years of delivering targeted client services. His areas of expertise include assessing and managing hazardous agent threats, reviewing corporate programs to determine health and safety compliance, investigating ventilation systems for microbial contamination, and asbestos and lead abatement remedial design. Of particular note, Mr. de Lalla developed and managed a comprehensive 9-month indoor air monitoring program for Lower Manhattan buildings in the aftermath of the 9/11 World Trade Center tragedy. He also supervised teams in the largest school asbestos abatement project in the United States, in New York City.
Mr. de Lalla received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University with studies in biology and geology. Mr. de Lalla previously served as project manager and then regional manager for Galson Corporation’s New York City office. In that role, he established relationships with national firms in need of comprehensive occupational and environmental health and safety services. With Colden, he oversaw the firm’s response to threats from anthrax in 2001.
