Colden Corporation is delighted to announce our new office location in New Orleans, Louisiana. Chrisy C. Walsh, MS, CIH, CSP will be leading our Health and Safety initiatives in the surrounding areas.
Chrisy brings a deep understanding of the Gulf Coast region’s unique culture, resources, and occupational health and safety needs, drawing from her extensive experience in contingency planning, emergency response, and incident management while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. During her time at U.S. Coast Guard Sector New Orleans, she oversaw hazards preparedness and response activities to prevent adverse human health, natural, and economic impacts from oil spills, hazardous material releases, natural disasters, and industrial accidents.
Chrisy is excited to merge her love of Louisiana, her Coast Guard experiences, and in-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety compliance, program development and implementation, industrial hygiene assessments, emergency planning, ergonomic evaluations, and effective risk communication to serve as a local resource to Colden’s Gulf Coast clients.
