Colden Corporation’s Jessica Phippard, MPH, and Catherine Bobenhausen, MS, CIH, CSP, LEED AP BD+C, recently completed a multi-phased indoor air quality assessment of Sven, the new 978,000 sq ft, 71-story high rise luxury residential tower in Queens, for The Durst Organization. Sven is the first LEED v4 BD+C: NC Platinum Multifamily Residential project in the world. The team included Handel Architects, Selldorf Architects, Jaros, Baum & Bolles, SOCOTEC and Colden Corporation, among others.
