The series offers guidance to help architects assess and select materials with reduced impact on health and the environment, by teaching them how to navigate the complex landscape of disclosures and transparency. Join Catherine Bobenhausen on October 11th, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM, as she shares insights, tools and tips from industrial hygiene for informed design decisions. The AIA Portland “Healthy People: Materials Science + Human Health” session is part of the City’s Sustainable Building Week, an event-filled week hosted by Portland’s design professional organizations. Catherine participated in the successful rollout of this series in Seattle, and also in Dallas.
